Description
A pan used to receive milk before it flows over the refrigerator to be cooled. From Hertfordshire College of Agriculture and Horticulture.
This is one of two hemispherical pans made of tinned metal with handles on each side. Both pans have outler pipes ar the front but only one has the brass top present. One pan has two small brackets at the top which may possibly be for holding a lid. These were used for receiving the milk before it flows over the refridgerator to be cooled. This item was used at Hertfordshire College of Agriculture and Horticulture, St. Albans.
