A moulding plane for creating a decorative profile in wood. It is stamped with the name of the manufacturer, 'Moseley', and also with 'I. Weale', and 'V K/S' has been scratched roughly in the top. The plane belonged to the donor's wife's grandfather, who was a woodworker in Bournemouth, Dorset.
