  • Description
    A moulding plane for creating a decorative profile in wood. It has a very broad moulding edge which has been altered by adding another strip of wood which is held in position by four screws. It is stamped with the name of the manufacturer, 'Moseley & Co', and also with 'I. Willett', and 'G/99' has been written in ink. The plane belonged to the donor's wife's grandfather, who was a woodworker in Bournemouth, Dorset.
