Rectangular cheese boards used for draining small unprocessed cheese. From the University of Reading Department of Food Science.
These are rectangular cheese boards made of pine. They are thinner than some cheese boards but have two strips of wood screws underneath to act as supports, used for draining small unprocessed cheese. These items were donated as part of a collection of dairy related objects from the University of Reading Department of Food Science.
