  • Description
    Theodolite used for measuring horizontal and vertical angles, the movements of which can be accurately marked on two graduated circles.
    This is the larger of the two theodolites, which was used for measuring horizontal and vertical angles by means of a telescope, the movements of which can be accurately marked on two graduated circles. This one was repaired and adjusted by W. F. Stanley & Co. of London in 1936.
