This is a medal awarded to R. F. L. Cheese by the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester in 1887. It is believe that the medal was awarded for Cheese's pony trap.

Reverse has name winner with date. // silver plated, circular, raised decoration, slighting tarnished // Box, square, leather covered with brass hinge fastening, velvet lined base with circular resting place for medal and ribbon for lifting silk lined lid with jewellers name. // Brown, blue, gold, white. Wood, brass, velvet, silk, leather. Square. Covering of front fastening worn // Inscription: Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. Arvorum Pecorumque Cultus. Presented to R. F. L. Cheese, 21st December 1887. ON the box- Wyon- 287 Regent Street, London. Plough. Sheath of corn. Sickle. Crown above. Crown and flowers. // Gloucestershire- Cirencester- medal presented.
