This is a nameplate, painted in green and gold. The plate reads 'Little Miss Muffet Junket's Central Despatch Station'. The plate would have been used for advertising and was used by Chris Hansen's Laboratory Ltd. Hansen's is said to be the oldest firm in England to issue commercial preparations of rennets for junkets.
