A thermometer used to measure the temperature of malt. The body is of glass, with a wooden handle and brass tip. It is inscribed 'Bryan Corcoran Ltd. 31 Mark Lane London EC'. It was acquired from T. & R. G. Grace, corn millers, maltsters and agricultural merchants of Tring, Hertfordshire.
