Victoria & Albert Museum No. M349, 1917., MERL 'Handwritten accession' form (Museum of English Rural Life) – Description: Plain, Oblong shaped spectacle case with rounded ends. It is made of steel. One end opens up at right angles on a pivot secured by a very small screw. Inside are rounded discs of metal which act as a lip. Just below the opening four very fine lines are engraved all the way around the case. // Poor condition.
