    A harness trace, which is the straps or chains which take the pull from the horse's collar to the load it is pulling. From Snell Farm, Rowhook.
    This is a harness trace, which is the straps or chains which take the pull from the horse's collar to the load it is pulling. It consists of a central leather strap with two side straps attached in the centre. One side strap has a 9ft chain attached to the end, the other an 8ft chain. It originally came from Snell Farm, Rowhook.
