I am currently teaching on the Academic English Programme (AEP), including discipline-specific courses in Food Science. For the last two years, in Term 3 and during the summer, I have worked on Pre-Sessional English courses (PSE).

Academic English Programme.

Active Projects:
I am currently module convenor for the FB2CAL English for Science module, which includes updating its teaching materials and assessments. During my time at Reading, I have been involved in mathematical and science-focused ESAP materials development projects.

I have been teaching since 1999, and my recent experience includes 3 years full-time at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China and 5 summer pre-sessionals at the University of Edinburgh.

A Few Personal Comments:
I like football, history, travelling and languages.
