Gender Diversity in the Middle East

The Middle East is experiencing rapid transformation and systemic societal change. Managing the complex social and economic climate requires female leaders who are empowered and impactful in all aspects of life. As more women move into leadership roles in organisations, they must be suitably equipped to successfully navigate the challenging business environment and simultaneously safeguard cultural norms and family values. In this session, Claire Hewitt, Head of Learning Design, Henley Business School and Raja'a Yousif Allaho explored how Ershad Coaching at the Henley Business School can be a critical part of a well-designed leadership development process that equips leaders with a wide range of leadership skills.
