Professor Jane Everson	research interests include: the Italian romance epic and narrative poetry; Renaissance lyric poetry; the history of printing in Italy in the fifteenth to early seventeenth centuries; bibliography of early printed texts of Italian literature; illustrated books in the fifteenth to sixteenth centuries; also the Renaissance novella; the novels of Umberto Eco.
