Laboratory and office space
Our Science and Technology Centre offers a range of serviced laboratory and office space for hire (100 sq ft to 2,200 sq ft), available on flexible inclusive licence packages from 6 months plus. Facilities include:
- Category 5 data/voice cabling for fully integrated IT services
- Central computer room facility with UPS support for individual servers and generator backup
- Fibre Optic links to external sources with ISDN 2e and ISDN 30 capability
- Telephone system with central receptionist
- Secure building with swipe card access control and closed circuit television surveillance systems. Physical security backup from the central monitoring station at Whiteknights
- Automatic fire detection and alarm system using a combination of optical, ionisation and heat detection for protection of life and property
- High quality sealed, controlled environment containment laboratories with excellent facilities operating under negative pressure with filtered air supplies
- Adjacent office space
- Fully fitted with quality benching and fume cupboards
- Centrally provided scientific services (ie. vacuum, compressed air, natural gas, special gases facility) are available as additional benchtop provisions
- Walk in cold and warm rooms with variable temperature control from 2°c to 37°c
- Licenced solvents and flammables storage is available

Office Space
The Incubation Centre has a range of office sizes for rent (96 sq ft to 600 sq ft), on an easy-in easy-out basis. Many tenants take advantage of associated business support, networking and partnering opportunities.
