Regional networks
The University has close links with the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) that is responsible for the sustainable economic development and regeneration of the South East of England. The Thames Valley Enterprise Hub (which has the specific goal of helping technology and knowledge-based companies with pioneering ideas to become thriving commercial concerns) is located on Campus.
We also have links with local councils and are active participants in many organisations including The Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce which promotes and lobbies for business development, and the regional Confederation of British Industry (CBI) which helps create and sustain conditions in which local businesses can compete and prosper.
The University also has links with:

The Thames Valley Life Science Network (TVLSN), an organisation dedicated to the Thames Valley's burgeoning biosciences sector, is sponsored by the University, which is also linked to other sector-based consortia and networks such as the Food Technology Enterprise Hub and the South East Climate Change Partnership.
