Identifying prints: what is the process and how is it done

23 and 24 June: Department of Typography, University of Reading,
10.30 am - 5.15 pm
25 June: Victoria and Albert Museum, Prints and Drawings Study Room
11.00 am - 4.00 pm

Course content

Days 1 and 2 will introduce relief, intaglio and lithographic printing
through talks, hands-on observation and practical workshops.
Day 3 will extend and reinforce lessons learnt in days 1 and 2 with
hands-on access to print and book treasures of the V&A.

Who should attend?

The course is intended for PhD students, academics and museums and
archives professionals.


Cost for the course: £300.00. Coffee and tea are provided where possible,
but not lunch.
