A book club with a difference! Enjoy a cup of coffee, meet people and discuss books inspired by the University’s extensive archives, rare books and museum collections. Each session is accompanied by a gallery talk or a display featuring items from the collections. The sessions are facilitated by academics and staff from across the University, who have selected some of their favourite books.

In this session, Dr Nicola Wilson will discuss Two Stories by Leonard and Virginia Woolf.

For further details of this and future sessions visit the Special Collections website

The book club runs on the last Thursday of every month to coincide with the Museum's Extended Hours Night, so you can stay and visit the galleries, shop or reading room until 9pm. This month the evening will feature a performance by The MERL Players at 7.30pm. It's free and you can just drop in.
