Study Abroad students do better…

National research (International Unit and HEFCE) indicates that in most subject areas students who study abroad tend to gain better degree outcomes than students without an international experience. Also students tend to perform academically better whilst away and upon their return. It further indicates that students are proportionally more likely to have higher starting wages, more likely to go into graduate employment and less likely to be unemployed. Students who study abroad are also proportionally more likely to go onto postgraduate study.
