Where can I study abroad?
We currently have numerous exchange agreements with universities all across the world. You can discuss with your departmental study abroad coordinator which destination is the best for you.
You can study within Europe via the Erasmus programme, with potential destinations determined by the partnerships owned by your academic department. For non-EU study placements most agreements are institution-wide and are potentially open to students from any academic discipline.
Whilst the University of Reading will do what we can to assist you to study abroad, please be aware that unfortunately due to the nature of exchange agreements we cannot guarantee any student a specific university or location.
Europe 
If you would like to study in Europe you would do so via the Erasmus programme, an European Commission initiative that enables students to study at other European universities as part of your degree progamme, but with additional benefits such as potential funding, tuition fee waiver and credit recognition.
