Information for study advisors

If your student would like to apply to be a study abroad student at the University of Reading, you will need to provide us with certain information which will permit your student to complete the application process:

Please email us the following information:

• Student's family name (as appears on passport)
• Student's other names (as appears on passport)
• Student's date of birth (DD/MM/YY format)
• Student's gender  

Your student will need to submit to us their module choices as part of their application - please ensure that they only select modules from the advertised module provision.

We will require you to sign and stamp any documentation in order to approve the student's application and module choices; without the signature and stamp we will not be able to process the application.
