Introduction
Dr Sun, with a background of Computer Science, earned a PhD in requirements engineering for strategic decision simulation. She has many years of experience working, as a senior software engineer and a systems analyst, in research projects and commercial development. Her research interests and recent publications can be found in complex systems design, requirements engineering, Ontology modelling, information architecture, knowledge representation and user profiling for personalisation, enterprise modelling and information provision, service-oriented design for supply chain management and customer relationship management, business intelligence for decision support, and business process modelling. She is also actively involved in knowledge transfer through which she is able to provide consultancy services based on her expertise and the research outcomes.
