Presentation Guidlines

1. Presenters will have access to an OHP and a laptop computer with PowerPoint for visual presentations. Other equipment can be supplied, availability permitting.
   
   
2. Visual presentations should be clear and large enough to be seen from a distance of 25 meters. Handouts should be typed in a 12-point font or higher.
   
   
3. Presentations should be ideally tested on the equipment to be used well in advance of the actual presentation.
   
   
4. Presentations should adhere to the allotted time (15 minutes for the presentation).

Further Information

The seminar places considerable importance on the discussion of issues arising and emerging themes. Papers will be allocated 15 minutes in a participatory session. Each participatory session will consist of three short presentations of 15 minutes, plus 15 minutes for discussion. The time limit will be strictly adhered to. There will be further discussion time and round-ups at the end of each day.
