Matrix standard for service quality

SEECC (when previously CAS) has received the matrix Standard, a national quality award. In order to be given the matrix Standard SEECC had to undergo a rigorous and independent review of its service. This award reflects the high quality and standard we offer to students, graduates, employers and partners of SEECC. We are committed to continuous quality improvement and as such are happy to tell you more about the award or indeed take on any feedback you would like to give us.

Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so you may have to wait at peak times (usually not for long). There is a maximum usage limit of three sessions per student per academic year.

NB. Quick Query sessions are available at Whiteknights between 11.30am and 2pm during term-time.
