University access cards

The University Access Card allows you to use:

  • 24-hour university PC facilities at Whiteknights (Palmer G09; Meteorology GL68; Agriculture GL20)
  • Library services
  • The Sports Centre (subject to payment of the relevant membership fees)

For some services you will need to use the card in conjunction with the PIN (Personal Identification Number) that was given to you when you registered for a University email address.

Forgotten your PIN?

Ask for a PIN reminder using our online form.

Replacement cards

Report a lost card using our lost access card reporting form.

Stolen cards should also be reported to Security and a Crime Incident Report Sheet (DOC 32KB) completed to obtain a Crime Report Number.

You can get replacements for lost or stolen cards from the Student Services Centre and Main Library at Whiteknights during Monday-Thursday 09.00-17.00 and Friday 10am-5pm. We will charge £10 for each replacement. We will not charge for stolen cards as long as the theft has been reported to the Police and a Crime Report Number can be supplied.

Problems with your card

Report problems using our access card problem reporting form.
