The Centre for Food Security joins together existing areas of research excellence at the University to provide a platform for real-world research around this globally important issue.
Chronic diseases including heart disease, Type II diabetes, many cancers, acute and chronic gut disorders and some dementias are a major and growing societal and financial concern.
