Unit of Assessment 17B: Geography, Environmental Studies and Archaeology: Geography

Research from Reading submitted into Geography includes work from staff within the School of Archaeology, Geography and Environmental Science, the School of Agriculture, Policy and Development, and from the Department of Economics. Research strategy in Geography is focused broadly around international development, justice and sustainability, and is represented by three complementary strands of research: geographies of justice, care and responsibility; development, environment and sustainability; and geographies of resilience and transformation.
