What is a Visit Day?
At the University of Reading we realise how important it is to make sure you are making the right decision when choosing where to study. We want you to get a feel for what life would be like as an undergraduate student here.
Visit Days are held for prospective students who have applied to a non-interview course at the University of Reading and have been offered a place. They are subject-specific and organised by the department you will be joining. Even if you have already attended one of our Open Days, Visit Days are highly beneficial as they offer you a different, more bespoke experience.
During the day you will get the opportunity to meet your future tutors and hear more about the course you’ll be studying. Current students are on hand to tell you all about their experiences here so far. You’re also invited to a VIP lunch where you can get to know your future classmates.
The majority of Visit Days are held in February and March.
