LLM INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL LAW WITH INSOLVENCY LAW

Start dates: September 2018 and January 2019

Gain advanced knowledge of formal and informal debt restructuring procedures and detailed knowledge of a globally recognised rescue system.

In addition to all of the benefits of our International Commercial Law programme the pathway in Insolvency and Corporate Rescue will also provide you with a detailed and unique awareness and expertise in issues related to insolvency and corporate rescue.

You will gain advanced knowledge of formal and informal debt restructuring procedures and a globally recognised rescue system.

Entry requirements

IELTS: 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent)

Entry requirements: You are normally required to have a good undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). However, our participants come with a variety of relevant legal and non-legal experience and all applicants are considered on individual merit.

New UK/EU students: £7,360 per year

New international students: £15,650 per year

Additional Costs
