Terms and conditions for undergraduate and postgraduate taught students
These set out your rights and responsibilities as a student, and they form a legally binding contract between you and the University. They state the obligations of both parties to each other as well as information on programmes, tuition fees and complaints, cancellation and termination rights and data protection and intellectual property principles. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you cannot become a member of the University and will not be able to study here.

Please note, if you apply to the University and are offered a place on a undergraduate or taught postgraduate programme, you will receive a version of the Terms and Conditions and the Fee Policy at offer stage. These will be the versions that will apply to you if you accept a place at the University.
Optional modules disclaimer
We try our best to ensure the module listing is accurate, but module availability can change from year to year and the University cannot guarantee that an optional module appearing on the website will definitely run.
Entry to each optional module is at the discretion of the Programme Director. Although we always try to take into account your interests and preferences, this means that even if an optional module is running the University cannot guarantee you will be able to take it.

You can download our undergraduate cancellation form or postgraduate cancellation form to cancel your agreement with the University within 14 days of accepting a place.
