We have arranged accommodation for conference delegates at Trinity College, an undergraduate and graduate college founded in 1555, which has some of the most beautiful gardens and buildings in Oxford and is located 5-10 minutes walk away from the conference venue (see website).

Most of the accommodation at Trinity College is in study bedrooms usually occupied by students in term time, i.e. single study rooms and twin sets (which comprise two single rooms with a shared sitting room) with shared lavatory and shower facilities, and single, double and twin set rooms with en suite facilities.  As there are a limited number of en suite rooms these will be allocated on a first come first served basis, subject to availability. Photographs of college rooms can be seen at: http://www.historicbritain.com/vendor/trinityoxford.aspx

All rooms have a hand basin, telephone, refrigerator, hospitality tray with electric kettle and ethernet socket for internet connection (please bring an ethernet lead to enable you to connect your laptop). There are toilets and showers on every staircase. All rooms are non-smoking. All rates include a full English breakfast in the college dining hall.

Single rooms or twin set rooms with a shared shower and lavatory: £53.05 per night (per person)
Single rooms with a private en-suite shower room and lavatory: £75.60 per night (per person)
Double bedded rooms with a private shower and lavatory: £100.00 per night (for 2 people)
Twin set rooms with a private shower and lavatory: £64.05 per night (per person)

While we anticipate that many delegates will stay for 4 nights from the 31st-4th, it should be possible to extend your stay to 5 or 6 nights if you wish to spend additional time visiting Oxford.

If you are travelling with other people with whom you would like to share a twin set, double room or shared shower and lavatory facilities please let us know their names and we will do our best to accommodate you if suitable rooms are available. Please note, many of the rooms are only accessible by staircases. Ground floor rooms suitable for people with wheelchairs or restricted mobility are available. If you require a ground floor room or wheelchair accessible room please indicate this at the time of booking by contacting the conference organisers.

It is regretted that children under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated in College. If you are travelling with children and you would like information on alternative accommodation in Oxford please contact the organisers at syringae2010@plants.ox.ac.uk.
