Petra Rudloff
from the School of Construction Management and Engineering
recently won the Chartered Institute of Building’s ninth annual
International Innovation and Research Masters Dissertation
Award.
This new award was established for research into urban
regeneration and the judging panel felt Petra’s entry
“critically examined the process, roles and outcomes in managing
urban regeneration projects”. Petra’s dissertation is entitled
Managing Strategic
objectives in Urban Regeneration Projects: A Flexible Approach
to Managing Complexity.
