A leading international journal of analytic philosophy.
Edited by Professor David S. Oderberg, Ratio publishes high-quality work on a wide variety of topics within analytic philosophy. It encourages articles that meet the highest standards of philosophical rigour, while at the same time remaining accessible to readers with a broad range of philosophical interests.
The journal appears quarterly, including a Special Issue in December, edited by a member of the Reading Philosophy Department, on a particular theme and with invited contributors.

All submissions to Ratio must be made electronically via the ScholarOne portal. Here you will find the full guidelines for authors as well as the house style sheet.
Submissions (excluding the Special Issue) are usually up to 6,000 words in length, including notes and references. Papers accepted for publication will also appear within the Online Early section of the Wiley Online Library mentioned above.
