Renew your staff parking permit with no amendments
If you already have a staff parking permit and do not need to make any changes, then you can renew your permit by completing the form below.
If you need to make any changes to your permit, such as your vehicle or employment details, please complete the amendments form instead.
To apply for a staff parking permit, please download and complete the Staff Vehicle Entry Permit Form (VEP1) (PDF 77KB) and return it to the reception desk in Palmer Building.
Charges
Parking for staff with a disabled badge is free. All other staff are required to pay a small fee, which will be deducted from their salary every month. The current charges are as follows:
- £48 per year for staff earning over £10,000 per annum – £4 per month deducted from salary.
- £12 per year for staff earning less than £10,000 per annum – £1 per month deducted from salary.
- £12 per year for any member of staff using a motorcycle – £1 per month deducted from salary.
- £12 per year for staff based at Greenlands campus – £1 per month deducted from salary.
