Teaching responsibilities

Currently module coordinator for MSc module on Fundamentals of Human Nutrition (FBMN01) and module coordinator for BSc modules on Introduction to Human Nutrition (FB2N01 and FB2N01A) and teach on several nutrition, pharmacy and biological science modules at BSc and MSc level. I am also a guest lecturer at Oxford Brookes University.

Collaborations

Currently collaborating with 26 partners across Europe on the LIPGENE project and 4 partners across UK on RISCK project. Strong links with the British Nutrition Foundation and the University of Surrey, Imperial College London and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
