Annual Edith Mary Gayton Lecture

This is the annual lecture organised by the Farm Management Unit of the School of Agriculture, Policy & Development in memory of Edith Mary Gayton, an agricultural graduate of the University of Reading in the 1930s pioneering the role of women in higher education. This year the lecture will focus on the future trade relationships between UK and Ireland. The Irish agri-food industry is highly dependent on the UK as an export market and is therefore considered as the most vulnerable economic sector.

Admission free.
