Departmental Visit Days

Each year, usually in late summer, the department takes part in several Open Days held by the University, these are an opportunity for those beginning to think about what and where they would like to study to visit the University campus, have a look around and find out more about the range of Degree Programmes offered by the University of Reading.

In addition the Department holds several visit days per year for our prospective students, these days give you the chance to learn more about the Department and Programme you will be entering as well as useful information about Accommodation, Finance, the Year Abroad and Life as a student at Reading.

The Visit Days usually include a tour around the Campus, including the Student Union, Library and the Sports Park and at least one Hall of Residence.

There are also Academic and Support Staff from the Department as well as current students available for you to talk to, giving you a full and rounded view of what studying at Reading will be like.

When the next round of Department Visit Days are announced they will be advertised on this page and an online registration form will be available for you to choose which date you would like to attend.
