Research and projects
An important element of programmes at MERL focus on research and project activity. This involves initiating new museum projects to promote collections and audience development work or supporting use of MERL’s collections and expertise to contribute to teaching and research. Many of our projects attract external funding or include working in partnership with academics, other organisations and networks.
