Milling and Baking Collection

The library from the Flour Milling and Baking Research Association was transferred to Reading when the association was merged with the Campden & Chorleywood Food Research Association.

This collection of about 500 items from the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, includes runs of primary trade journals, such as The Miller, pamphlets and reports.

Books and periodicals relating to milling and baking can also be found in the main MERL library collection.
