Undergraduate Mathematics and Statistics Modules

student writing thereomThe undergraduate degrees offered by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics include a choice of optional modules, to complement those compulsory modules that form the core of the programme.

To provide you with information about the wide range of material offered at Reading, links are provided below to all modules offered by the Department for students on its programmes. Please note that some of these are compulsory for all programmes, some compulsory for specific programmes and some are optional for all or only a subset of programmes. Information on which modules are available for which degree programmes can be obtained from the main Mathematics and Statistics Programme specifications for undergraduate programmes page (these are for 2011 entry). Modules are grouped by the year in which they are usually taken.
