Postgraduate programmes
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Reading offers many opportunities for study at postgraduate level, either on a taught degree course or towards a research degree. Our enthusiastic research environment and the excellence of our teaching make Reading a rewarding and enjoyable place to study Mathematics or Statistics.
We offer four different taught degrees, of the duration of 12 months, and a variety of PhD projects in pure and applied mathematics and statistics. We also offer a limited number of studentships, on a competitive basis. Please see details on the page of the course you are interested in.
