Lost card
If you have lost your Student Campus/Access or Library Card you will be charged a replacement fee. This fee will be waived if the card was stolen and you can provide a police crime reference number. Follow the steps below to report the loss and arrange a replacement.
Students
- report the loss of your Campus/Access Card using the Lost Card report form
- for information about getting a replacement and the cost involved, go to the Access cards page on the Security Services website
Holders of other Library cards
- report the loss to us
- to get a replacement card please come to the Library (09:00 - 17:00, Monday - Thursday, 10:00 - 17:00 on Fridays)
- the replacement fee is £3.50
