Searching for a specific book or e-book

1. In the Search box type the author's last name.
   Do not type in any initials or first names. If you have multiple authors then just type in the the first author's surname.
2. Then type in just one or two words from the title.
   Do not type in the whole title - if you make a mistake, Unicorn will not find what you are looking for!
3. Click on Search

Example

To find out if we have the following book:

Glantz, M.H. (1988) Drought and hunger in Africa: denying famine a future. Cambridge University Press.

1. Type in:   glantz drought
2. Click on Search

Searching for e-books

To limit your search to e-books, tick the 'Find only online resources' box on Unicorn's Quick search screen.
