History: collections
Special Collections
The University's Special Collections of rare books, archives and manuscripts are held at Special Collections Services on the the London Road campus. There are many collections of significance to Historians. Of these, the Stenton Library and Overstone Library are probably the most interest. The Stenton collection focuses on the medieval period. The Overstone has a predominantly English and Scottish 18th century focus, but also contains many French works.
