Food and nutrition: databases for finding articles
Most of the databases listed below will give you references to journal articles (and some cover other publications). A few contain the full-text articles. These databases will give you good quality articles you can rely on.
Key databases for food
For most food-related topics you should try searching these three databases, plus any relevant ones from the subject lists below. If you are doing a thorough literature search (for your PhD for instance) you must search all the relevant databases as they cover different journals.
