Classics: finding your way

This guide outlines the location numbers for books on classics and basic information on finding information in this subject.

Where are the classics books?

  • Most of the Classics books about literature, language and art are on the 3rd Floor of the Library.
  • Books about history and archaeology are on the 4th Floor.
  • Larger sized (Folio) books are shelved separately from normal sized books for practical reasons. You will find your key sections in both large (Folio) and normal sized sections.
