Citing a map
You should include the following information in your bibliography, the exact style will vary according to the citation system you are using:
- Name of author or issuing body
- Year in brackets
- Title of map in italics or underlined (including the sheet number if part of a series)
- Edition if not the first
- Scale (give as a ratio if possible eg 1:25 000)
- Title of map series if appropriate
- Place of publication
- Publisher
