Citing a conference paper

You should include the following information in your bibliography, the exact style will vary according to the citation system you are using:

  1. Author'(s) surname(s) and initials 
  2. Year of publication, in brackets 
  3. Title of paper 
  4. Title of conference proceedings, in italics or underlined 
  5. Date of conference
  6. Location of conference
  7. Page numbers
  8. Place of publication
  9. Publisher of proceedings

Example

Jones, J. (1994). Polymer blends based on compact disc scrap, in Proceedings of the Annual Technical Conference - Society of Plastics Engineers, May 1-5, 1994, San Francisco, 2865-2867. Brookfield, CT: Society of Plastics Engineers.
