E-resources problem report form

Before filling in this form, please try the following steps to solve your problem:

• Download the Reading Athens Cookie and try accessing the resource again - you should be able to login with your University username and password.
• Check that you are using the correct username and password - it is the same one you use to login to your University email account and Blackboard. For students and staff who joined the University since 2009 it will start with two letters followed by six numbers, eg ab123456
