Course Collection

Books are transferred into the Course Collection during periods of high demand.

• The loan period for these books is six hours, with provision for overnight and weekend loan after 16:00.
• Course Collection items can be booked.
• Heavy fines are imposed for late return.

How do I arrange for books to be transferred to the Course Collection?

Send a list of the relevant titles (or an annotated reading list) to your subject liaison librarian. To enable the items to be transferred, you must also give us the following information:

• your name and Library number
• module name
• module code
• term(s) in which the module is taught
• number of students taking the module

Once the module is over the books will be transferred back into the main collection.
