How to Print Documents

You can choose to print to any device on campus, by sending your document to a central print queue and then 'pulling' it from the device in a location that is convenient for your work at any given time. The machines are easy to operate using your University Campus Card, allowing for secure, confidential printing anywhere on campus.

Credit can be added to your account through the Campus Card portal or top-up cards available from the University Library Reception or at London Road. Library staff at the Information Desk in URS can also add credit.

For more information about printers and printing, go to Information Technology Scanning, Printing and Storing help pages.

For information about Library printers see our Computing facilities page.
